Virus and Spyware warranties - 7 days if the hard drive has been formatted. Avanti Networks Inc. Does not warranty any other type of virus or spyware removal unless the system has been formatted. Virus and Spyware can easily be re-infected by user interaction, In other words if you get a virus from a certain website and you keep going there... you will be re-infected.


Returns:


All Parts can be returned within 3 days of purchase as long all materials, boxes are in resellable state. After 3 days a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. NO RETURNS after 10 DAYS

All Parts that are defective can be returned no questions asked for 5 days. After the 5 days Milford PC will examine the parts for problems, if none found the part will be returned to owner. IF customer Insists there is a problem, we will refund it after 5 days with a 15% Restocking fee. NO RETURNS after 10 DAYS

PC's have a 1 day full refund policy, Days 2 thru 5 we will return the PC with a 15% restocking fee. NO RETURNS after 5 Days
