Warranty:

Custom Built PC's and Servers - All PC's Sold before Sept. 1st 2002 have a 6 Month Warranty for parts and labor.  All PC's Sold after Sept 1st 2002 will have a 3 Month warranty for parts and Labor, 6 Month Labor, 1 Year at 50% off labor rate.

Network Services - 2 Day Warranty on the exact issue that was supposed to be fixed, if it's determined that the customer interaction has restarted the problem, the warranty will be null and void.

PC Services - 2 Day Warranty on the exact issue that was supposed to be fixed, if it's determined that the customer interaction has restarted the problem, the warranty will be null and void.

Returns:

All Parts can be returned within 3 days of purchase as long all materials, boxes are in resellable state. After 3 days a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.  NO RETURNS after 10 DAYS

All Parts that are defective can be returned no questions asked for 5 days. After the 5 days Milford PC will examine the parts for problems, if none found the part will be returned to owner.  IF customer Insists there is a problem, we will refund it after 5 days with a 15% Restocking fee. NO RETURNS after 10 DAYS

PC's have a 1 day full refund policy, Days 2 thru 5 we will return the PC with a 15% restocking fee. NO RETURNS after 5 Days

ALL DEFFECTIVE PC's have a 5 Day FULL Refund Policy, Milford PC is the only arbitrator on system status. After 5 Days the warranty will take effect.  If we cannot fix the problem after 3 tries a new PC will be built.  It is customers responsibility to backup data and put it back on new PC.
